Custom Order Return Policy
Custom made-to-order products are non-returnable. (see below for 48-Hour Grace Period & Workmanship Guarantee). Your payment for custom made products (includes bedding, bags, nursery accessories, burp cloths, and embroidered blankets) is due in full when you place your order.

48-Hour Grace Period
We offer a 48-hour grace period to make changes to or cancel your order on custom made products. Please contact us directly via email within 48-hours of placing your order, and we will work with you to make any necessary changes. After 48 hours, preparations are made to complete your order, and no returns can be made.

Our Workmanship Guarantee
We're proud of our quality and workmanship. Please inspect your products upon arrival. In the event of error in workmanship or design fabrication, we will work with you directly to quickly resolve the problem at our expense. This includes full roundtrip transit of the product to/from your home.

Delivery Time & Turnaround
Delivery times & turnaround vary from product to product. These delivery times are noted on each of our products. Since our workload varies, we generally offer a window of time to allow for creation of your item. Please contact us via email if you have special turnaround requests. We're happy to help work with you to deliver your custom items more quickly, if possible.

Important Note: Matching nursery accessories will be shipped with bedding (if ordered).
