FAQ/Return Policy

Payment & Privacy
Monarch Creations™ securely accepts Visa & Mastercard and Paypal. We currently do not accept American Express. American Express can be used through the PayPal checkout process. Your contact information will only be used to process your order on our site, and will never be distributed or shared.

Return Policy
Our products are custom made for you, and as such, with the exception of workmanship guarantees(read below), our items cannot be returned. However, we offer a 48-hour grace period, as described below.

48-Hour Grace Period
We offer a 48-hour grace period to make changes to or cancel your order on custom made products. Please contact us directly via email within 48 hours of placing your order, and we will work with you to make any necessary changes. After 48 hours, preparations are made to complete your order, and no cancellations can be made.

Our Workmanship Guarantee
We're proud of our quality and workmanship. Please inspect your products upon arrival. In the event of error in workmanship or design fabrication, we will work with you directly to quickly resolve the problem at our expense. This includes full roundtrip transit of the product to/from your home.

Billing Procedure
Since our bedding is custom made for you, we will bill you in two 50% installments. Your credit card will be charged 50% of the order total at the time you place your bedding order. When your item(s) are complete, you will be notified, and your credit card will automatically be charged the remaining 50%. Items marked as ready-to-ship will be charged in full when the order is placed. Please review our turnaround times for various items, as well as our return policy.

Product Availability
Our products are custom made-to-order, unless otherwise noted. Below is a list of typical turnaround times for our products. See product descriptions for more details.

Complete Crib Bedding Sets: 6-8 weeks
Nursery Accessories: 2-3 weeks
Blankets & Quilts: 2-3 weeks
Diaper Bags: 2-3 weeks

* Turnaround time is dependent on workload(s) at the time of purchase. If you have a specific requirements for turnaround, please contact us beforehand and we will work with you directly.

Shipping Information
Our shipping method is through USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is typically a 2-3 day service. Upon shipment, you will receive an email from us, confirming your order has been shipped. We will provide you a tracking number at that time. We work hard to keep our shipping costs low. Below is a list of shipping costs:

under $40 --- $5.00
$40 - $100 --- $8.00
$100 - $300 --- $12.00
$300 - $550 --- $20.00
Over $550 --- $25.00

Bedding Care Instructions
Our bedding features multiple products including premium decorator weight cotton blends, cotton/poly chenilles and more. The care instructions for each can vary. For bumpers & skirts: Spot cleaning works well for small everyday spots & stains--but for a more thorough cleaning, and to preserve the like-new pressed appearance, we recommend dry cleaning. We've constructed our bumpers to have a concealed zipper closure on the underside of each section for ease in cleaning.

Our minky dot chenille coverlets wash up beautifully in cold water, and can be dried on a delicate setting.

Providing Fabric
We offer many opportunities to customize the bedding we've shown on our site. However, we realize that sometimes something one-of-a-kind and unique is desired. We're frequently asked if customers can provide their own fabrics to create custom bedding. The answer in a word is--maybe.Your fabrics will need to be reviewed in order to best provide you pricing. Please provide us with your fabric's manafacturer & pattern information. It may not be possible to create custom bedding with fabrics that have unique properties such as excessive stretch, texture or weight. Pricing will vary, and depend on design construction & detail.
